Here at SPPL we know that Early Learning cannot and does not stop outside of Saint Paul, there is much work that has been done but so much more that is yet to happen. City of Saint Paul Birth through Three Inititative
The City of Saint Paul, in partnership with the Corporation for National and Community Service, has developed the Birth through Three Initiative. AmeriCorps VISTA members are working at organizations throughout the city on projects focused on serving Saint Paul families with children 0-3 years old. Organizations include:

A Saint Paul based group working to support African American children, parents, grandparents, childcare providers, and faith communities so young children and families will thrive.
Help Me Grow
A Minnesota organization that helps families understand developmental milestones, learn if there are concerns, and supports families in accessing comprehensive, confidential developmental screening or evaluation at no cost.
Kids Count Data Center
A project that aims to track the well-being of children in the United States and enrich national and state conversations by providing high-quality data and trend analysis.
Minnesota Breastfeeding Coalition
A coalition working to support the awareness of breastfeeding as as vital to the health and development of children and families in Minnesota.
